What is all about ?

D-PLUGGED SERIES

is a collection of reinterpreted songs paying tribute to some of my musical heroes. These songs have accompanied me throughout my life. Some have given me strength, courage, the desire to fight, to hang on and move forward, others have made me shake my head until my neck hurt, and others have been the soundtrack to parties with friends... I'm sure you too have been carried away by songs that have marked periods of your life.

It is therefore with passion, respect, and humility that I offer you a tribute to these artists who have accompanied me on my journey and who have marked one or more generations of “Kids” through this series, which I hope will allow you to discover or rediscover these great songs from a different angle.

This series of D-PLUGGED tracks kicks off with Twisted Sister's “Stay Hungry.” Although I discovered the band thanks to their previous album, which was already a success, it was with “Stay Hungry” that Twisted Sister exploded onto the international scene... It had everything: the look, the production, the arrangements, the photos, the promotion, and... music videos that made music history in the 80s.

I chose this track because it's catchy, with superb melodies. It's a song that gives you drive and makes you want to surpass yourself.

This track was supposed to be released to celebrate the Twisted Sisters's return to the stage in 2026, but ultimately it will be released to celebrate the greatness of this band and to say that even though they won't be returning to the stage, their music will live on for decades to come.
